Jane is a lawyer and governance professional with more than ten years' of experience in the financial industry. She currently works for one of Aotearoa's financial sector regulators, tasked with improving conduct, accountability, and fairness of financial institutions.

Why I Volunteer

Volunteering for Te Whare Nukunoa allows me to give back to those less privileged in my community, by using my skills and experience to support positive change, and by leveraging my network to bring attention to the prevalence of homelessness amongst wāhine in Aotearoa. It also aligns with one of the causes I am particularly passionate about, being uplifting and supporting women. I am proud to be part of an organisation focused on ensuring women have a place to live, access to the wellbeing services they need, and that provides them with opportunities to just enjoy life in ways that many of us take for granted.
